- ★ ★ ☆ ☆ ☆2017-11-05, by Tracey SlackVery disappointed tonight. Went to firstly see an electric fire working. We were going to buy it. The staff were helpful on this department. We then went to the Valspar counter where we were told 2 of the papers we needed colour-matching couldn't be done. I will return when a different member of staff is on the counter though as I feel she is always more helpful. All in all the visit wasn't very successful unfortunately
