  Been in twice recently to spend around £400 on a dishwasher & was ignored both times by the staff. To be fair, the first time , the lady was actually serving someone but totally failed to acknowledge me , so after 15 minutes i gave up & decided to return another day . On my second visit i went upstairs to where the kitchen appliances are to find one other customer casually looking around & one member of staff who was free . However , rather rhan serving eitber of us , the mwmber of staff was more concerned with checking his phone & texting whilst walking past us looking down & not making eye contact . He then proceeded to go dowmstairs , leaving two customers upstairs alone with no one to serve us . I waited for about 15 minutes , looking at the appliances but sadly no one came upstairs to assist. Eventually i wenf back downstairs to find all the staff in various pairs just talking to each other . Maybe they'd all reached their targets & didn't want to sell me anything . Maybe i should ignore Currys as they obviously chose to ignore me & go and buy everything online instead from a competitor . Is it any wonder why so many high street stores are struggling . . . . if the staff were to actually try & help & give good customer service rather than be more concerned with their phones or talking to each other .

  Not impressed. Lack luster help. Walked in with potential to buy a TV and games console, walked out with nothing. Deals are very Luke warm. Better buying online.
