  Very disappointing, car went in for MOT, i knew there was an issue with the suspension, was called to advised the car had failed, which i expected. I was advised the suspension arm needed replacing. On picking the car up, only the ball joint had been replaced and not the whole arm , which i was informed over the phone. I was charged for the arm according to the invoice £215. The part on its own costs £15, so i don't know how they could justify £200 for 1hrs labor. Also felt pressured to buy 4 new tyres from them. Luckily I didn't give in as they all has 3mm on. Will never use this garage again, as the tell you one thing and do another and as a result get massively overcharged. Will be using a small independent MOT test station from now on, to avoid the hard sale.
