  This store has a very awkward feel to it, when people are perusing the spectales for sale at either side of the store you can struggle to get past them due to the lack of space. The seated area to actually sort out your new spectacles or speak to a member of staff reminds me of being seated at school. There is no sense of privacy or that one to connection with the staff when discussing anything, I saw this first hand in store. The staff are helpful, polite and are not the problem with this store. After using the old store this store seems to come across as maybe too small and not very modern in how its laid out. What a shame.

  By far the worst pair of glasses I have ever had, no matter how I clean them, the lenses have a permanent light mist to them and never totally clear. The anti glare and scratch resistance coatings are not the slightest bit effective. The staff and the service were really good, it's a shame the lenses are so cheap and nasty. It is the first time I've actually thrown a new pair of glasses away.
